On December 23 at 9:30 in the morning I have arrived in the polling station ¹461 in the Akhunbabaev District in Ferghana Province. By that time 35 percent of voters have already voted.
The elections were held on the basis of publicity, objectiveness and democratic principles. Having visited the polling stations I can say that I did not observe the any cases of violation of laws”.
