CIS observers are satisfied with preparation for presidential elections in Uzbekistan
The CIS observer mission notes good organization of election campaign in Uzbekistan. "The CIS observer mission headquarters includes 78 monitors representing member states," the First Deputy CIS Executive Committee Chairman and head of the headquarters of the observer mission Vitaly Garkun said.
"In Bukhara, Samarkand and Fergana there are subsidiary offices and this will make it possible to organize the work of the observers in regions and they will be in permanent contact with polling stations," Garkun said. "The headquarters of the CIS observers notes the organizational and practical work of the Central Elections Commission of Uzbekistan in preparing and holding elections," Garkun said.
