Fidokorlar Decide To Discuss Nomination Of Party Leader In Elections

On September 29 this year the session of the Central Council of the National Democratic Party “Fidokorlar”(‘The selfless’) was held in Tashkent.

The members of the Party faction at the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis, the lawmakers at the local Kengashs of people’s deputies of this party and activists of the party participated at the session.

The resolution on participation of the National Democratic Party “Fidokorlar” at the presidential pre-election campaign has been adopted at the meeting. The participants of the plenum said that the participation at the upcoming elections should become for the party a serious test of its social and political maturity, as well as school of democracy.

The resolution on convocation in October 2007 of the forthcoming congress of the party and putting forward in its discussion the candidature of the First Secretary of the NDP Central Council NDP, the leader of the faction of the party at the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis Akhtam Tursunov and nominate him for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
