 Other services Affidavit Upon request of a person, a signature on a document such as a signature of an interpreter on translation, can be notarized at the Consulate General. The identity of this person shall be established in person by presenting the identification documents such as ID Card, driver's license or passport. Authentication An authenticity of a copy (photocopy) of an original document can be certified at the Consulate General. However, the original document must be presented. The Consulate general may render some other services or assistance to Uzbekistan or foreign citizens if needed.
